PrivateTel Is Renamed Jaduka,
Reflecting New Commitment to Voice-Enabled
Web Technologies
DALLAS, TX (October 10, 2006) – PrivateTel (www.PrivateTel.com), a
developer of privacy-oriented telecom solutions for real estate and
online dating, has changed its name to Jaduka (www.Jaduka.com).
The name “Jaduka” reflects the company’s new focus on developing
and delivering voice-enabled applications that empower the nextgeneration
Web. It is constructed from two Swahili root words: “ja” -
which translates as “arrive” or “get down to,” and “duka” - meaning
business. Together, they form the English translation, “Getting down
to business.”
“We are enabling small and medium-sized businesses to effectively
compete against large companies by providing communications tools
and technology to acquire, delight, and retain customers,” said Jack
Rynes, president. “To celebrate the debut of our new moniker and the
launch of our corporate website, we’re offering free accounts loaded
with 60 minutes of usage to all who register at www.Jaduka.com .”
The offer is good for either of Jaduka’s current web-integrated,
telecommunications services—Click-and-Connect® and
MyPrivateLine®—which help customers and online community
members to simply click a button to conveniently talk on the phone or
privately exchange information.
Jaduka will soon be announcing a variety of voice-enabled Internet
applications for small and medium-sized businesses as well as web-tovoice
tools for developers.
